PURE HYPNOANALYSIS
Analytical Therapy
Suggestion therapy can help remove a symptom. However, if the symptom was brought into being by some underlying cause, then that root cause will generate a new symptom, since these emotional difficulties must find an outlet in some way. An example is the case of a person who gives up one damaging habit and replaces it with another one. This development of a new symptom is called symptom substitution. The techniques of analytical psychotherapy are used to explore the underlying stresses which give rise to the symptoms, and doing this under hypnosis greatly speeds up the process of analysis. Using the techniques of analytical psychotherapy under hypnosis is called hypnoanalysis.
Hypnoanalysis presupposes that every symptom must have a cause or underlying reason for its appearance, principally, emotions which have not been dealt with fully. Pure Hypnoanalysis, developed by the IAPH and which is what I practise, allows clients to safely release those old trapped emotions, thus relieving the symptom without bringing about a risk of symptom substitution. Emotional problems respond particularly well to Pure Hypnoanalysis. The objective of analysis is to allow the processing of emotions not fully processed at the time they arose. This process also often helps people understand what gave rise to their problem and why they feel the way they do. But in processing these emotions you also safely release them. Once felt and bottled up without having been properly processed they can now, through this therapy, finally be let go. In most, but not all, cases one can be confident of a release being obtained in eight to twelve sessions of Pure Hypnoanalysis. We are talking about the lasting resolution of symptoms through the release of emotions long hidden away, as opposed to the mere control of symptoms through suggestion.
You may feel that certain things within you are not and cannot be under your control, such as smoking, maintaining your healthy weight, overcoming a phobia, how you feel about yourself, or any of the problems you see listed on our Your Problem page. But there is every reason to expect that, through a full commitment of time, money and effort you can, through Pure Hypnoanalysis, come to a resolution.
